Connection

Every class log, remark and task is written to a Google Sheet through your Apps Script web app, and pulled back every 20 seconds, so the sheet and this dashboard stay in step. Until you connect, data is kept in this browser only.

Data

Import accepts the "Timetable Management" export from the UPES portal. New weeks are added to the calendar and to the Slots tab of the sheet.

Set up the sheet (5 minutes, once)

1. Open a new Apps Script project (script.google.com, or Extensions › Apps Script inside a Sheet), delete the sample code and paste the script below. A standalone project creates its own Sheet.
2. Choose setup in the function menu and press Run. Approve access. Open Execution log and copy the TOKEN.
3. Deploy › New deployment › Web app. Execute as Me, access Anyone. Copy the /exec URL.
4. Paste URL and token on the left and press Connect. Your timetable and existing entries are pushed to the sheet.
5. Optional: run installWeeklyTrigger to get the weekly report by email every Saturday at 18:00.
